If Muller's investigation lasts longer than the 2020 elections and Trump doesn't get a second term then you can bet he'll be arrested once he's out of office. Hell even if the investigation doesn't last that long I'm sure Muller has a lot of state charges as a back up plan and 2020 win or not as soon as Trump is out of office he'll be arrested and spend the rest of his life in prison. Once Trump is no longer in office he'll be bigger political poison than Bush Jr. and no Republican politician will ever admit supporting him.

Trump's only hope for not spending the rest of his life in prison at this point is to try and become a President for Life dictator and I don't think he's smart enough to pull that off.

We'd see the state news outlets talk about how all this is fine since Russia is our ally, the real story is Hillary tripped in a way that shows her support for Russia, our enemy, and more than half the country would nod their heads and agree.

Why is it, that with all the overwhelming evidence of collusion, there are still morons posting crap like this?

I mean, at this point the collusion isn't even the biggest thing going on.  There's actual criminal conspiracy, obstruction, and a little light treason.  Drumpf is going to leave the White House for the big house.  Most of his family and staff will be joining him.

At this point, there's even mounting evidence that Hillary didn't even lose at all, that the vote was literally rigged in at least a few key states.  It's not like Florida hasn't rigged a vote for a Rethuglican before.

Looking at Donald Trump one thing is clear. He doesn't get it that this isn't going to go away - ever.

Even if he skates (as he has for most of his life) on the collusion with Russia charges, then there's still the obstruction of Justice, Emoluments clause infringements, money laundering, etc., criminal charges that should keep him in prison for the rest of his life.

Even if the Republican's in the Justice Dept. manage to hold off on prosecuting him while he's in office, sooner of later it'll cycle back to a Democratic Potus & then the shiat hits the fan big time.

If he fires Mueller though, that's when everything comes to a head. Will the Republicans tear up the Constitution & let him off the hook, or will they be forced (kicking & screaming) to immediately start Impeachment proceedings to maintain the rule of law (& their own precious derrières)?

I feel like this needs to be posted in every thread.  Not just for the Trumpets but for the people who are complaining that Mueller is "taking too long."  If anything the best example is Iran-contra, since it, too, featured a populist criminal bullshiatter as President being protected by a criminally-complicit republican party.

And the lessons to be learned from any mistakes made during that one, since ultimately a lot of the guilty cocksuckers got away with it.

Related; how long was the Jimmy Carter investigation?  *googles* apparently only 7 months, during which the president was questioned under oath 4 times over a f*&%ing family peanut farm.  AND everything was made completely public and waved around in a way to be as embarrassing to Carter and his entire family as possible.  It really is different if you're a republican.
