1. Nova Scotians are throwing kitchen parties... and they look like a lot of fun.

Ain't not party like a Nova Scotia kitchen party! To beat the quarantine blues, Nova Scotians are sharing videos of their kitchen parties full of music. Don't worry if you don't have any instruments at home... just grab some spoons.

2. While this family got bored so they recreated the opening to "The Simpsons" shot for shot.

3. Things got a little wild when a T-rex joined in on thanking front line workers by making lots of noise with a pot and spoon.

4. And Canadian scouts are building ear guards for health care workers.

This Canadian boy scout heard a request from a local hospital for ear guards to take the pressure off health care workers' ears from wearing masks all day. So he got busy on his 3D printer and has been turning out dozens of ear guards to donate.

5. A dad from Winnipeg used Lego's to animate a Justin Trudeau speech for kids to make it less scary for them.

6. And a Toronto band put their old tour merch to good use by converting them into masks.

7. This florist in Mississauga is giving out free flowers.

8. While this Canadian artist is offering up free colouring pages that you can download and zen-out to.

9. This photographer is taking "Porchtraits" for families with all proceeds going to Sunnybrook Hospital.

10. These physicians, business leaders, and entrepreneurs are doing a personal protective equipment (PPE) drive for frontline workers.

11. Health Minister Patty Hajdu reminded Canadians about social distancing in the most Canadian way.
