We all know the movie Pretty Woman, right? And, of course, The Princess Diaries?
Well, TikTok user @karlymaas pointed out the tiiiiniest detail that subtly ties the two movies together. Remember the scene where Julia Roberts (Vivian) accidentally flings her escargot, then casually tries to play it off? Just after, a kind waiter tells her:
Well, in The Princess Diaries, you might spy someone familiar when Anne Hathaway (Mia) accidentally shatters her glass when attempting to gather the table's attention. And what does the waiter tell her?
What you may or may not know is that both of these movies were directed by Garry Marshall, who intentionally brought on Allan Kent (the kind waiter) to drop the little Easter egg from Pretty Woman in The Princess Diaries.
