Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson Showed Off His "Gnarly" Back After He Tried Cupping Therapy For The First Time

    "We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it."

    Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has found a new way to take care of his body. He revealed that he tried cupping therapy for the first time and it wasn’t such a bad experience.

    “First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️,” he wrote on Instagram. “Looks more gnarly than it feels, but overall I enjoyed the therapy.”

    The Rock shared a selfie of his back, which showed many red circles going down his spine as a result of the cupping therapy.

    “Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250 million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule,” he wrote.

    “It all takes its toll, so being proactive is critical,” The Rock continued. “We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it."

    A couple of days ago, The Rock revealed he’s recovering from multiple injuries, including "4 knee surgeries, Torn quadricep off my pelvis, Torn adductor off my pelvis, Triple hernia surgery, Ruptured Achilles tendon, [complete] shoulder reconstruction, 3 [lower] back disc herniations, [and] 2 [lower] back disc ruptures."

    As a former WWE wrestler and an action star, The Rock is doing whatever he needs to take care of his body.
