18 "Glee" Moments That Prove Rachel Berry Just Wasn't A Good Person

"She's an ambitious little freak who will do anything to hold on to her power." –Tina was right the whole time!

We recently asked the members of the BuzzFeed Community to tell us what they thought were the worst things Rachel Berry did on Glee. Get ready, 'cause here's what they said:

    1. When she accused the previous glee club director of inappropriately touching a student* because he did not give her a solo she felt she deserved.

Rachel angrily looks into a classroom.

    2. When she said Artie shouldn't sing the lead in "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" in the pilot because he was a wheelchair user.

Artie, who uses a wheelchair, sings the lead vocals in a group number.

    3. When she dropped out of the glee club because Mr. Schuester gave the West Side Story solo to Tina instead of her.

Rachel confronts Mr. Schuester, then storms out of the room.

    4. When Mercedes suggested that the glee club sing more songs by Black artists, and Rachel responded, 'It's glee club, not krunk club.'"

“Honestly, though, how did people not immediately call it out as racism?"

    5. When she had Puck, Jesse, and Finn do a music video of "Run Joey Run" with her so it would look like all the boys were fighting over her.

Puck, Jesse, and Finn react angrily to seeing Rachel's "Run Joey Run" video.

    6. When she sent Sunshine Corazón to a crack house instead of telling her where glee club practice was because she was threatened by the possibility of another talented singer taking her spotlight...

Rachel says that at least she didn't send Sunshine to an active crack house.

    7. ...and when she told Mike and Tina that she did it so that their dancing contributions wouldn't be "even more insignificant" to the club.

    8. When she put tape on her mouth in "silent protest" because she wasn't getting a solo for a competition.

Rachel walks into the choir room with duct tape over her mouth.

    9. When she cheated on Finn with Puck, his best friend, after finding out that Finn had slept with Santana when he and Rachel weren't dating.

    Rachel tearfully confronts Finn.

    10. When she pursued Blaine, knowing that Kurt really liked him.

Rachel says to Kurt: "Who cares about you buddy? I might get a new boyfriend out of this who can keep up with me vocally and in the future give me vaguely Eurasian-looking children."

    11. When she ran for class president against Kurt, not because she had any kind of platform she wanted to implement, but because she thought she hadn't gotten the lead in West Side Story and wanted to put it on her college application...

Kurt confronts Rachel over the class election.

    12. ...and when she felt guilty about it and stuffed the ballot box so he'd win, which got him disqualified.

Rachel tearfully telling the glee club members she stuffed the ballot box.

    13. When she and Mercedes both auditioned for Maria in West Side Story and Rachel acted like the role was hers to lose.

Rachel says to Mercedes: "With such an iconic role as Maria, it can't just appear as if they're giving me the part."

    14. When she lived in New York City with Kurt and treated him horribly.

Kurt yells at Rachel because she's been treating him badly.

    15. When she had a completely absurd reaction when Santana auditioned to be her understudy in Funny Girl in Season 5, ending their friendship and moving out of their apartment.

    Rachel angrily yells about Santana.

    16. When she told Kurt — a gay man who she'd witnessed be horrifically bullied in high school for being out — that he never took risks when he suggested that dropping out of college was a bad idea.

    Rachel and Kurt argue.

    17. When she skipped her Funny Girl performance without giving anyone a heads up to go audition for a TV pilot in Los Angeles, because she decided she was too big for Broadway.

Rachel's boss yells at her for disobeying his orders and going to LA.

    18. And finally, when she did That's So Rachel.
