Watch Cardi B Yell at Kids, Learn to Drive, and Dance with Seniors

"Whoa, you can say that on TV?"
Cardi B and James Corden in a car

Cardi B has the ability to make even the most mundane activities entertaining, whether it's ASMR, a driving lesson, or appearing on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden. She gives Corden some backstory on her rise to fame before yelling at a playground full of kids to stay in school and listen to their mothers (and to tell their parents to buy "Money").

While talking about how hard it was to get her music on the radio in the first place, Cardi hits a pretty poignant point that because she's also funny (extremely funny) it was tough to get people to take her seriously. "But I'm not laughing today," she says. "I want you to take this serious."

Anyway, after that Corden tries to give her a driving lesson, since despite having numerous cars, Cardi herself doesn't know how to drive. She doesn't do a great job, clearly running over a camera at one point, but Corden puts her through some ridiculous maneuvering and doesn't seem like a great teacher. (Besides, who wants to see a disaster-free driving lesson on TV?)

The entire segment ends with her performing at the Culver City Senior Center for an elderly dance class. So, all in all, a strong day of firsts for Cardi B, and James Corden has maybe never sounded whiter in his life than when he sings "Bodak Yellow."
