no matter how you feel about jones, isn't it surprising there isn't much talk about his situation? i watched the entire video and you can see law enforcement going above and beyond to ensure they were objective. The guy is hammered, stoned and fires a gun.... wow, and this guys is in discussions as one of the GOATS? come on. he just shouldn't be in these discussions given all of his actions.
 
People don't care much about Jones anymore after his string if lackluster fights and repeated criminal behavior with fake Christian morals

People look for the slightest things to discredit him because they're still butthurt he DESTROYED their precious Shogun over 9 years ago. And he won't lose, that's another major offense.
 
He's hiding hoping we all just forget about it when he comes back in the fall

He still is one of the GOATs. Outside the ring the guy is a mess. Only guy to take it to him is still Matt Hamill.
 
He has already produced the headlines, so everything is ok for Uncle Dana. So the UFC stayed in the conversation and didn't stress Dana about Corona. Dana will have given JBJ a few extra grams of dope right away so that he doesn't have to go out the door and can chill out at home and sit out the shitstorm. If there is one, the MMA community quickly forgets ..
 
Jones is well advised to keep a low profile.
As for GOAT status, it's not his arrests that compromised it.

-you’re surprised there isn’t discussion supposedly, ON SHERDOG
- law enforcement were too professional with Jones as if his place in LHW should have been a factor and this reflects on his place as an MMA GOAT
-he shouldn’t be in discussions

What does any of that have to do with what he accomplished inside the Octagon?

And what a beatdown it was. Hamill doesn't get enough credit for the way he poured it on JBJ.
 
It was the only thing talked about on Sherdog when it happens, and it quieted down because there's nothing new. Pretty much everybody in here has already a strong opinion about Jones anyway, it's not like any of us ever has changed anyone's mind after 50 pages about Jones.

Yeah, that's weird, Jones cheated often enough that you don't even have to look at his behaviour outside the cage.
