Arguably the biggest bust of the past 5 years

not like he was shot or past his purime with lots of fights/mileage. Dude just didnt deliver after the Marquardt win. I knew he was gonna be in trouble when he went tit for tat with that Korean dude lol

itd be one thing if he was exciting but outside that fight his dull fighting style killed the flow on some cards. Honestly dont care if he comes back

Kinda of random but I have him as a connection on LinkedIn. He seems to be just working and I think he runs an MMA website too.
 
Funny thing I searched him on social media yesterday to see if he has a fight scheduled or something.
And ... He's not active at all on them

I can't really agree there.

He was a point fighter who peaked at the right time after Nick Diaz cleaned Strikeforce welterweight and dipped for the UFC. Saffie was the one Strikeforce champ that came with barely any hype.
 
Horredous fighter to sit through. One of my least favourites in memory. Hated watching him fight. As far as I'm aware, he's long gone, he only used to fight once a year at best anyway and was always injured.
