..this is the best we got? This roster makes up the best fighters in the world? It is pretty much confirmed that there isn't ONE fighter out there who IS what we think Bruce Lee WAS .. we don't have a psycho dude out there who could finish fights within 30 seconds consistently? Out of BILLIONS of people.. this is the best we got..

I for one am thoroughly disappointed.

We have Jon Jones

The Gracies are what we thought Bruce Lee was, they have long been surpassed by the best martial artists.

Was Bruce Lee able to shoot lasers out of his eyes or something I'm missing?

We have hundreds of them, it's hard to tell because we tend to match them with others of the same skill level.

Take any top 10 UFC fighter and pit them against an untrained average Joe of similar size. The common man would get starched in seconds 10/10 times.

Understand, Sherbro, you're conversing with other Sherbros, the idea of being starched in seconds has never entered their genius-level cranial cavities. Deduct 10 points from your man-card.

Bruce Lee was massively overrated, couldn't even beat a 55 year old Brad Pitt ffs.

Because the best fighters are fighting other professional fighters that aren't going to let them do that...

Both scenarios you laid out will happen, and they will clash with one another.
It'll be David vs Goliath all over again. History repeats itself.
 
there are some great fighters but for the most part they have such a huge roster, trying to snatch up all the comp, that we have too many fights that people arent interested in.

Just because your actor doesn't mean you don't know how to fight. Bruce Lee with his intelligence, athleticism and discipline would have made him a great MMA fighter.
