I get where you're coming from. Hope is making this exciting for me, but I can already imagine that sinking realization after the first take down.
But it's a decent card overall and I won't have to wake up early for it, so I'll tune in. And, not for nothing, Khabib is getting better, too. Every fight something new pops up in his game, so, even if it's mainly the same old same old, it'll be interesting to watch out for that new thing.

There’s always the chance that the drama will be sucked out of this fight by the halfway point. But I don’t think we should overlook how tired Khabib seemed around that halfway point against Conor and Al. And there’s virtually no way that Dustin gets the shit beat out of him worse than he did in the first few rounds against Gaethje. If he can come back from that hellfire to score a knockout, he can catch Khabib. It’s a mistake to write this one off IMO.
