I thought the same thing. Then I saw @Trotsky's post with the same pic and figured there had to be more.

Fucking amazing. We can mock this sack of shit to no end, and not even feel guilty about any jokes being in poor taste because the loser thankfully didn't kill anyone

Also, what is the outlet Heavy? Multiple times they are the first with background information on a shooter, and it's the only time I ever see links of Heavy posted. And astoundingly, they're always accurate (at least the ones I've seen)

IDK what their general purpose is, but, yeah, they're just always the outlet that has the details on suspects most quickly.
