Fedor just signed another multi fight deal...

I don't really get what his motivation would be at this point. Is it merely money?

In any event, I can't wait for him to lose as a 43 year old so I can rush to Sherdog and use it as proof that he wasn't any good as a 28 year old (despite pretty much all of his peers singing his praises...ignore that...he merely tricked absolutely everyone in MMA at the time...he was definitely a bum).

He just genuinely loves fighting/martial arts

I dont think he cares about legacy at all, and he doesnt have the same mental virus BJ had where he wants to be champ.

Sad. I don't think he has much left to offer, but I will always watch his fights in hopes that he does. I am amazed he only has 6 losses. 5 being brutal TKOs makes them stand out more, I guess.

you guys understand that this is his farewell tour right? He signed because Bellator giving him a bunch of money to go around, make a few promo stops, and fight some cans along the way. They aren't going to be matching him up vs the Mitrione and Baders of the world.

I'm a big fan of sarcasm or irony, and I applaud you. I think.

No surprise really, Coker just want Fedor to be Bellator branded. Probably wont even fight again.

Emelianenko v Machdia would be an exciting fight.

I do love Fedor but he needs to hang them up and save his health.
I wonder if he's been getting screwed on fight contracts or something ? Why would he still need to prize fight ?

We will definetly get the Barnett fight that's a no brainer.

Aside from that nothing pops in my brain except maybe .....

Wanderlei at HW or rampage at HW .

Kharitonov?

I read yesterday Rampage said he was open to the fight.

Fedor/Lyoto. Let's see it.

Rampage cant make 205 anymore and isnt really trying to be champion so why not put him in some fun fights for the fans?

Fedor vs rampage,vs Wandy,vs Barnett I'm on board.

It's cool if they can keep it at exhibition levels and, from what I read, that's what they're aiming for (along with touring).
Fedor is way past retirement age so they better match him up fairly.

"Retirement tour" doesn't sound bad. Autographs and photos for fans and what-not. If done correctly, it should be pretty nice.

Fedor is a bum fighting in Japan using PEDs all his career.. DC is the real heavyweight GOAT

Oh so the Japanese jon jones....

Got it

There is a high chance that he is low on money

Hes not low on Money at all fedor is very well off he diesnt just make money from actual fights lol.

Hes fighting because he wants to he loves it and knows at his age he doesnt have alot if time left. He enjoys fighting and pleasing the fans.
