In all seriousness, Taffey Lewis in blade runner has always stood out for me. Despite only being on screen for less than a minute, he's always been one of the most intriguing characters in that world.

Blade Runner has a few of those kinds of characters. By the way the guy that played Taffey Lewis nailed it in one take.

These characters from Blade Runner also all kind of fit the bill.

When Ridley Scott's on his game, he really nails the details.

Gladiator is also full of those impactful small characters. David Hemmings, Tomas Arana, Sven Thorsen, Ralf Moeller, etc.

Warwick Davis has had multiple tiny roles in star wars movies. And one in harry potter.

I literally grew up watching Willow and I didn't find out til like 2 years ago that he's the same guy that plays the Leprechaun.

Edit: should have read. I thought you meant literally tiny.
