I been eating good since the new year.

Eating that bake chicken and white rice 5-6 times a day. Clean living, Fuck taste. This is all your body needs.

You don't need to sacrifice taste to eat clean. You just need to learn how to cook. Add some well cooked veges, some herbs and spices and a little seasoning of salt and pepper and that meal will be infinitely better.
 
Depends what your fitness goal is, but I’d throw in some leafy vegetables and fats in there.

I just mean, if you are trying to watch your weight and you spice food really well, it makes you crave more. Some people need bland food to stay on track.

At least put some turmeric on it, it's a miracle spice. Some veggies would be good. And whole grain brown rice would be much healthier. You need some color on your plate.

Every person is different.

The amount of willpower that one person has will usually be different than the amount that someone else has.

Temptation and other factors will be important to consider for 99%-100% of the population on Planet Earth.

I'm rather certain that a tiny amount of persons think of temptation as merely being a word in the dictionary and nothing else.

Personally, I am always tempted by fast food.

The fact that I jog, swim, and use my amazing hands keeps me from being obese (so far).
