I don't know exactly I would put him but I'd say he could be in the top 20 of all-time.

He had a great run in the twilight of his career, won the belt, beat Fedor, had some unexpected KO wins, kicked Edmund, and threw a boomerang at Colby.

An extremely memorable fighter, very cocky too, top 20 for sure, maybe top 10...

I'd put Big Nog and Randy over Werdum due to career overall.
 
I voted top 10 just because the asshole is that good fighting. You can put him into a lot of no timelimit fights and the piece of shit would come out winning. Even though we don't like it. Except bomeranging his equal Colby. But for werdum it is not a persona. He is just that kinda guy.

Had arguably the 2nd best run in HW history in the UFC, only behind Miocic. He won 6 fights in a row at HW which at the time was a UFC record and won 2 world titles

To me he's quite clear the 3rd altough Big Nog is also a good shout for sure.
