There is no way out of this, sherdoggers, forget the old time on fedor vs CC, forget cain vs JDS, the future is here and now ! never we saw pure strenght from the gods vs pure athletic of a high athlete like Ganeé

No, this isn't even closer to the biggest fight in George of the Jungle.

The HW division is a joke. There's literally only 3-4 fighters that actually matter as far as "fan appeal" and they have already fought each other. at least once.

this is a joke in terms of a comparison, i don't want to bash TS too harshly but they should definitely do some research in the various aspects of combat sport that make fights legendary. Half an hour of research could get you up to speed on why this is not the biggest fight since the rumble in the jungle and that this is merely the most exciting HW matchup that has taken place in the UFC since Cormier vs Miocic 1 which I think might be your bar for significant HW bouts in your lifetime judging by your thread. Hell even Fury vs Wilder 2 outweighs Ngannou vs Gane at this point, it would take an Ngannou win this weekend before we even begin to discuss any comparisons between him and any bout Ali was apart of in his prime, or any bout after his time in the wilderness. Its not your fault TS, you just have some work to do to get a better understanding of the rich history of combat sports. I will say both Ngannou and Gane are tremendous athletes and this is an important bout for the UFC, their hope is that Gane wins though because Ngannou will put them in an awkward position if he wins and decides to sit out for the rest of his career in the hopes that the UFC caves into a cross promotional boxing match for him.

It's an interesting match up for sure and I do believe these guys are the best heavyweights at the moment, but neither are even close to having the resume to justify hype like that. It's the first title defence for Ngannou and Gane really hasn't fought that many people yet.

Not sure it even cracks the top 10 HW MMA fights.

Number one.

Because they are both black? Racist much?

It's a great fight. It's been a long time since the UFC had two elite HWs fighting eachother for the belt in their prime. Last time it was Cain vs JDS. This is a good thing but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Nothing will come close to Fedor vs Cop.

We should all lose our calm now, please everyone, stop being reasonable, and let's say crazy shit

Most intriguing hw matchup in a while, that much is for certain.

That happens on a daily basis here sir lol.
Would you say that Ngannou would be top ranked if he ever transitionned to badminton ? I mean , he would smash sooo hard

Gane is hardly popular, a very few know him. For some reason, UFC doesn’t market him as much as others.

I would say that if he transitioned to badminton...he would suck very bad sir lol.
Damn, I already mailed all the top badminton outlets about my audacious idea. They'll think I'm a badminton jabroni now :(
