Faced the toughest times of his life and still fought his way to make it on fight night. I respect the hell out of this man. You gotta admire his mental toughness, heart, and passion on what he does. Hoping that he'll have a great future ahead.

Hespect for not packing it in when he was clearly outgunned, he wasn’t to be denied and got the moral victory by making it to the decision. In the grand scheme of things, this experience will serve the young fighter well moving forward, not giving up on yourself, offering no credence to legitimize circumstances for quitting, especially when the odds are heavily stacked against you. He made me a fan even through the loss, because he spit in the face of adversity...

I know it's pretty early, and Nasrat is still regarded as a prospect, but I think this loss was FAR less stock diminishing than his TKO loss to Drew Dober. Dan Hooker outside of Khabib gave Dustin Poirier his toughest fight at LW in recent years and even almost TKO'ed him in the 2nd round. Hooker's record may not be the prettiest, and yeah he got sparked in his last outing by Chandler, but he's a proven elite at LW with career longevity in this Company not many fighters can say they have. Nasrat was fully expecting a stand up battle, and while he was mostly losing that as well Hooker showed to have the higher Fight IQ and be the overall more well rounded fighter.

In light of losing his Mother(Rest in Peace) and losing, with the Mindset he's displaying, the only place he can go is up. It's a loss that will age very well with time, and he can still improve himself.

Ugh does he even mma, looked lost on his back against someone with an average ground game.
