Was Reyes spent before the elbow or was he still in the fight?

To me he looked like ( with all the respect in the world to him) a drowning person who was waiting to sink? What did u see ?
 
He still had a chance, but Jiri wasn't going away, and would catch him eventually I think.

Note that the last thing he does is strike towards Jiri, but the elbow short circuits him before he lands, so he was still in it enough to mount offense.
 
I think so too slightly. Jiri started off well. Dom came back and looked great for a couple minutes then Jiri took over again, did lots more damage then finished him
 
I noticed a look on his face maybe 3 minutes in that to me anyway, showed hi knew it was gonna be a bad night. Could be wrong on the time but he knew well before he was elbowed
 
He was all over the place and winging shots, Jiri isn't the master of elusiveness so some of those shots wobbled him, but since that's all they did his fate was sealed.

Everyone is riding high on Jiri but Reyes looked decent and had Jiri hurt.

That fight showed me Jiri is like a LHW Gaethje. Wildly entertaining with major holes that will be exploited eventually.
 
The damage was piling up for sure but he nearly knocked Jiri out twice in that round so he was very much still in it. His eyes were swelling badly though so the doctor might not let him fight another round.
 
He was spent, Reyes knew that he wasn't going to dissuade Prochazka from coming forward.
 
I was insanely impressed with Reyes composure throughout the fight. He was being mauled but keeping composed enough to fire back and make it a FOTN rather than just POTN for Jiri.
 
Reyes is the man. He flashed KOd that wild mofo Jiri and still put him over strong to create a new star.
 
he was in that fight and had jiri hurt many times. jiris ability to stay in the fight and keep the pressure on was amazing. dom landed shots that would have put the best down in that fight

Jiri got hurt bad once in the fight but Dom got hurt quite a few times. From the start it seemed like it was a matter of time. When he got backed up agianst the cage he was getting hit with big shots I was pretty impressed but how well his chin held up
