By staying natural, you:

  • Will never have an impressive physique. You will always be shredded-DYL or Big-Fat. Unless you have a ridiculously good frame, you will never look like you lift in a shirt.

  • Your test levels will be much lower than test users, therefore, putting you on a disadvantage in the dating scene, especially if you're in your 20's. You will never be sexier and fuck better than a juicer.

  • Your general well-being will be much lower than juicers. Higher test = better mood = more productive = happier life.

  • With the days of IG fitness models and Hollywood actors hopping on IFBB dosages, the days of natty bodybuilding are gone. The other day I was with a group of friends and this natty bodybuilding guy started talking about how he has been working out ever since he's 13 and he hasn't missed a week and how he doesn't drink alcohol and all the natty yada yada, only to be countered by a girl with "then how come you don't look like Chris Hemsworth?". That's the reality. Non-lifting people don't give a crap about natty-or-not. Natty or juice we are both on the same playing field for the normies.

  • Even if you make impressive natty gains, you will lose most of them by the time you reach 30 as your test levels will start dropping.
Now I know what you're thinking, BUT what about my hair? acne? libido? my balls? children? roid rage? gyno?

If you don't go crazy with the dosage, cycle on a reasonable time frame, do PCT, and control your estrogen, you will not experience any of those side effects people talk about.

I don't remember the last time I saw someone dropping dead from roids but I do remember natties dying of pre-workout. Lance Armstrong was practically a walking pharmacy but he popped out 5 kids.

Conclusion: If you diet, put in the hours at the gym, and sacrifice good food and booze in the pursue of natty gains, then you're an idiot.

Of course, if you're going to juice then do it legally.

I dare you to counter-argue me with a reason to stay natural that is not a gross exaggeration of side-effects.

EDIT: you pathetic natty twigs can down vote me all you want, I am just speaking the truth your ego that you so heavily invested in the idea of natty glory doesn’t want you to hear. The monent you realize that there is no point in natty lifting and that being a fake natty is OK is the moment you experience great clarity and freedom.

I am a natural guy and am slowly but surely lifting weights and gaining muscle the natural way. Squats, Deadlifts, and barbell Rows as well as bench press.

Eating lots, resting lots. Gaining about a quarter of a pound to a half a pound of muscle per week.

I'm not going to turn to Drugs. I'm not a Pro Athlete. I work a desk job. It's not worthwhile for me.

I train for strength and can see why people turn to drugs, it can be frustrating making gains naturally but it teaches patience which is always good.

I'm amazed by the amount of people clearly on some sort of gear to just do their bro splits and flex in the mirror at my gym. If they're not competing in a tested competition then I don't care but it seems all rather excessive.

People will fight hard to convince others and themselves that the choice they made is the best choice.

Because the alternative would be to admit the possibility that you might be wrong, and that just can't happen.

If you’re seriously into competitive bodybuilding, I don’t see why you wouldn’t juice to some extent. If you’re not, none of the stuff he mentions is relevant or true.

"Yes, yes, yes, we are all idiots and you're clever Roiding Redditor" would be my response. I don't know if you've noticed but generally speaking it seems people prefer that people be like themselves and if people aren't like themselves they are "idiots". It's very hard to go through the process of understanding others, it's much easier to describe them as idiots. Of course there are people whose practices at work or in life absolutely don't make sense. Especially when they do things in name only or symbolically. For example, when someone cleans something and afterwards it's still dirty and of course they never bother to look at the work that they did. It's as if any work that is touched by their Adonis hands is perfect so why bother checking?

Okay, take roids and lift for years and then trash talk people as "nattys". Thing is, someone lighter than you with a year's training (or less) in a combat sport like May Thai or boxing can kick the piss out of you.

Stay humble and work hard. NOTHING wrong with that, whatever it is that you do.

Not reading all that

If he's talking about people into bodybuilding that live shit life to reach ripped with big mass of course he have a point

If he's talking random people that lift some and train just to be in shape, have decent athletic level and/or are ok with the generic "that guy lift" look, then he's a douche

I dunno. A guy on the internet said that PEDs are perfectly healthy if used properly and so there does not seem to be a downside at all.

back in the day, I used to be amazed at the roid dealers at the gym going on about stacks and dosages and cycles. dude - we go to the same school. you got a C in science class. somehow, I don't feel like you are on top of this

or the guys in Thailand who "have a connection". what? you told me that you work retail in your home country and you arrived here 3 days before I did. now you telling me you have an independent mobile testing lab or something?

on a side note, a friend of mine in university had a medical doctor put him on a PED program. no doubt that it made him stronger and faster. he went from being a bench guy to a 6th man type on the basketball team. he told me that he had zero side effects other then "my pecs were sore and so I squeezed them and small amounts of clear liquid will come out of my nipples but it doesn't hurt or anything and so I think it is all good"

point being - I am not confident about the health effects of PED use and I am pretty sure that the reddit guy should not be either

Roids don't get you shredded and ripped abs and veins popping will impress most even without supra-physiological levels of mass. Also you won't lose your natty gains by 30 lol, with hair loss and gyno also non concerns.

It's amazing how delusional some individuals are. I don't know a whole hell of a lot about PEDS since I've never done them other than TRT. But it can't be healthy for a kid in his 20s to be pumping even moderate amounts of drugs & hormones into his body at such a young age. Even with my limited knowledge, I know that by doing so he's assuring himself of a lifetime of dependence. And who knows what sort of detrimental side-effects further down the line.

Sure, I've pretty much done the same thing. But IMO there's a significant difference between my choosing to do TRT for the rest of my life at 50-something & his choice to do so in his 20s. I've been on TRT for four years now & I haven't needed an increase in my prescription in order to maintain my testosterone levels. And I was on TRT as a means of keeping a performance level that I was happy with rather than for some aesthetic reasons. And now that my wife has passed I was advised by my primary to continue with my TRT as a means of maintaining an elevated mood as well as an overall feeling of vigor & good health.

Insecurity is a bitch. Or does insecurity breed bitches? Doesn't really make a difference, I suppose.
