Eight women will enter a tournament to compete for a chance to challenge Angela Lee for the ONE Championship atomweight gold in November, the company announced Wednesday.

The grand prix kicks off May 28 and features Seo Hee Ham, Denice Zamboanga, Meng Bo, Stamp Fairtex, Alyse Anderson, Itsuki Hirata, Alyona Rassohyna, and Ritu Phogat. ONE has yet to announce the first-round matchups and the exact location for the event.

Ham (23-8) won the RIZIN atomweight belt with a split decision over Ayaka Hamasaki in her most recent bout in December 2019. Ham also captured the ROAD FC belt after leaving the UFC in 2016, going 6-0 since.

Zamboanga (8-0) won three in a row since joining the company in 2019, capped off by a first-round submission over Watsapinya Kaewkhong. Bo (17-5) scored a decision over Samara Santos in January, boosting her winning streak to seven.

Fairtex (5-1) suffered her first defeat as a MMA fighter earlier this month, a third-round guillotine choke to Alyona Rassohyna. Rassohyna (13-4), from Ukraine, won her last three via submission.

Phogat (4-0) built her MMA record under the ONE banner, beating three of her four opponents inside the distance by TKO. Hirata (7-0) is also unbeaten as a professional, a career that includes three stoppage wins inside the ONE circular cage. Anderson (5-1) makes her promotional debut after fighting three times under the Invicta FC banner between 2017 and 2019.
