The caption alongside the clip read: 'We were contracted by a lovely elderly lady called Marion who was more worried about her neighbours than herself and she wanted to get a box to them.

'So @jamie.redknapp volunteered to deliver some boxes to her neighbours and one in particular was lovely Ron, and to see his delight on his face when he opened the door makes what we are doing worth every single second.'

Redknapp, wearing gloves, knocked on Ron's door, left the box on his doorstep and kept the required social distance.

'Hi Ron, there's a package there for you just from Marion. She says you deserve it, she said look after yourself, there's some food in there for you alright,' Redknapp said.

Ron replied: 'Say thank you very, very, very much and to you too.'
