Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may have been known as the 'baby-faced assassin' as a player, but it looks like he has no problem standing up to his players as their manager.

Solskjaer has just been named as Manchester United interim manager, having been plucked away from Norwegian side Molde following Jose Mourinho's sacking at Old Trafford.

A training video has surfaced from his time with Molde, where he's seen to be getting pretty animated with players and their reluctance to shoot.

Solskjaer scored 91 league goals for Manchester United in his time as a player there, and it appears he has brought his attacking style over to management.

'Does anyone wanna shoot,' a furious Solskjaer shouts at his players during a training match. 'You're 18 yards away from goal and you keep f***ing passing it. Shoot.

'You won't ever score a goal if you don't shoot,' says Solskjaer, before singling out a few players.

'You're here, it's coming towards you, you take a touch. No. Shoot!

'You're one on one with the keeper there, shoot!

'You dribble two or three, you're here. Shoot!'

Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has faced criticism this season for not finding the net as much as he should.

He may face an angry Norwegian telling him to take his shots in his first training session with the new manager.

Fans have actually been joking that Solskjaer has been brought in to replace Lukaku, rather than Mourinho.
