Julien Laurens admits that going to Juventus is an option for Paul Pogba

Pogba is believed to be on Real boss Zinedine Zidane’s radar after scoring 16 goals and registering ten assists last season.

Speaking to reporters in Tokyo last week, the midfielder said: "Like you said, there is a lot of talking and a lot of thinking as well.

"For me I have been for three years in Manchester and have been doing great - some good moments and some bad moments, like everybody. Like everywhere else.

"After this season and everything that happened this season, with my season being my best season as well, I think for me it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else.

"I am thinking of this, to have a new challenge somewhere else."

Pogba, who began his career in United's academy, re-signed for the Red Devils in a then-world record £89million deal from Juventus in 2016.

  • Shots - 55
  • Assists - 9

During his time at Old Trafford some of his performances have led to criticism from his own fans, with club legends such as Roy Keane, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes also publicly slamming the France World Cup winner.

Despite having his best scoring campaign last term, Pogba failed to find the net from open play in his final 15 games of the season.

The 26-year-old has teased a move to Real Madrid in the past, admitting it would be a 'dream' to play at the Bernabeu under Zidane.

Man United have been linked with Barcelona pair Ivan Rakitic and Philippe Coutinho as possible replacements for Pogba should he seal a summer exit from Old Trafford.

Coutinho, the former Liverpool star, is expected to leave Camp Nou following a tough time in Catalonia, while Rakitic has been a long-term target of United's.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the United manager, will be on the lookout for two new midfielders should Pogba leave as Ander Herrera's exit from the club, at the expiration of his contract, has already been announced.
