Aston Villa seem to have put their failure to win promotion to the Premier League behind them with a solid start to the 2018/19 Championship campaign.

Steve Bruce's side had their 100% winning start ended by after playing out a 1-1 draw at Ipswich last weekend, even though the hosts went down to ten men in the first-half.

And they will be wary of their opponents who are currently one place above them in the Championship table.

Although Villa will look back on their draw against Ipswich as a missed opportunity, we expect Bruce to field a similar team with the exception youngster Andre Green replacing Albert Adomah on the wing to give them a bit more freshness going into the midweek game.
