  • Samsung's latest Galaxy Watch, in both 42m and 46mm, is $70 off from Best Buy and Walmart.
  • The Galaxy Watches are the best smartwatches for Android users. They have sleek styling and premium materials, and come with a wide variety of fitness tracking functions, including heart-rate monitoring.
  • The Galaxy Watches also have some of the best battery life we've seen on a smartwatch.

Samsung's Galaxy Watch smartwatches are the best bets for Android users, and both the 42mm and 46mm options are on sale right now.

The 42mm Galaxy Watch normally goes for $329.00, and Walmart is selling it for $259.00, saving you $70.

The 46mm Galaxy Watch typically retails for $349.99, and Best Buy is selling it for $279.99, also saving you $70.

With more premium design and materials, the Galaxy Watches are the stylish options in Samsung's lineup compared to the cheaper and more utilitarian, fitness-oriented Galaxy Watch Active 2.

Still, the Galaxy Watch comes with fitness tracking, heart monitoring functionality, GPS with an altimeter and barometer, water resistance down to 50 meters, and built-in storage to keep your music. You can also connect the Galaxy Watch to a data connection so it doesn't solely rely on your smartphone, too. That's something fitness enthusiasts often embrace, as they don't need to bring their smartphones along for a workout.

The Galaxy Watches also have some of the best battery life we've seen on a smartwatch, which can last a couple days on a single charge - at least on the larger 46mm model.

As with most smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch acts a smartphone extension that alerts you to notifications, and there's a wide range of apps you can pick from, like ridesharing apps, Spotify, and even smart home apps that let you control smart home devices. There are innumerable options for watch face designs as well.

Some rumors of a new Galaxy Watch model coming soon have floated around, but there's nothing concrete yet. Either way, even if Samsung does release a brand new Galaxy Watch in the coming weeks or months, the current Galaxy Watch for $70 off will continue to act as a formidable watch, fitness tracker, and smartphone companion.
