GameStop doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to purchasing games from a retailer. We've all been there before. You purchase a game and excitedly go home eager to play it, only to find out you don't like it. So, you decide to return the game the next day for a full refund, but that's not possible.Unfortunately, some retailers don't allow you to return opened games, or in GameStop's case, don't offer a good trade-in prices for them. Once the original packaging is open, the game is practically worthless. Returning or trading in games can be a frustrating process and some might see this as unfair.We've all seen the different memes about how GameStop handles people who are trying to trade in a game, return a game, or buy a used one But, now it appears that the store is changing by creating a new policy that will give gamers a 48-hour window on returns. Personally, this seems like a step in the right direction for GameStop. We'll have to wait until the program fully rolls out to see how consumers respond to it, considering the retailer doesn't have the best reputation. Hopefully, this could help put them in a different light. Days Gone will finally release for PS4 on May 26.
