Dog looks completely ashamed after chewing its owner’s ‘Guide to a Well-behaved Dog’ book

An owner was left completely speechless after his dog tore up a ‘Guide to a Well-behaved Dog’ book. 

Footage, believed to be captured in America, shows Rev sheepishly wagging his tail as he sits on his owner's feet before the video pans to the scrap of pages on the floor. 

As Rev looks up with guilty puppy eyes, his owner can be heard saying: 'What's this Rev, what is this?'

'Are you laying on my foot, trying to be cute?'

When he pans across the floor, scraps of paper are scattered across the room. 

The owner then zooms in on a particular piece which reads: 'Guide to a well behaved dog'

He adds: 'It's a good book, good trainers. We are working on it - it's hard.'

His owner posted the clip on Youtube with the caption: 'This is Rev. I had school early this morning, clearly he was mad about having to wait to go to the dog park.

'Don't worry we went straight to the park to play and get some wiggles out.'
