The 12-acre French property, which comes complete with 14 bedrooms and ten bathrooms, is being sold by the American company Concierge Auctions who hope to provide those looking to work in London but live in Europe with the perfect solution.

The lavish building, which is situated in the commune of Éperlecques, will offers residents a 55-minute train commute to central London from Eurostar's Calais train station and is an ideal location for those looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.   

A representative of Concierge Auctions, Charlie Smith, told The Sunday Times: 'It's an interesting part of France and you can genuinely commute to London if you need to.'
