Everybody needs good neighbours – but not if they’re serial curtain-twitchers. And now the UK’s nosiest busybodies have been revealed.
Some 45 per cent of homeowners in Newcastle said their neighbours liked to snoop on their business, a poll of 2,000 Britons revealed.
Liverpool was second on 40 per cent, followed by Norwich on 39 per cent.
