He turns to the police officer and say: 'He tried to run me over' while pointing at the VW driver.

One viewer has claimed to be the father of the man wearing the black t-shirt trying to call the police.

He claimed his son was breathalysed by police, but not charged.

He said: 'Just so you all know, the white Punto is my son's car. Absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with drugs so get your small minded facts right before commenting.

'Only one arrest made and it was the silver VW driver.

'No arrest made to my son. He was breathalysed at the scene.

'I know exactly what happened and my son's car is a write off as a result. Police have taken statements from my son who has no charges whatsoever against him.'

However, other commenters believe the actions of the men were uncalled for.

Jude Ann said: 'Hope this footage was handed to the police. Whether the middle driver was drunk or not the reactions of the other drivers is also a criminal offence. What a horrendous thing to wake up to.'

Gemma Louise said: 'If the middle car has caused an accident but wasn't drunk related then why does he deserve to be dragged out his car if it's a genuine accident.

'What lovely men doing that to someone if it was an accident.'

Police have confirmed a man was arrested and disqualified from driving.
