Featuring on Season 9: Episode 1 of the Channel 4 show, London couple Ian and Sophie Cooper planned to restore a 200-year-old listed industrial building in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Somerset.

The memorable Grand Designs paper mill conversion was a challenge of scale and complexity.

The Grade-II listed building was gradually added to over the course of 200 years and had evolved into four conjoined buildings.

After falling into the hands of the couple, the pair endured a lengthy and costly process of underpinning the main structure as there were no foundations to the structure.

Original features of the buildings were also restored, and the four unconnected buildings were tied in together to create a stunning home.

Located just outside Bath, England, it will cost you £4,865 to rent the place.

And it may well be worth the price tag as guests will have access to the whole house and grounds.

The open plan living space overlooks green rolling hills, with access to fields and woodland. Inside, it is the perfect place to relax, amongst exposed Bath stone walls, steel walkways and polished concrete floors.

It has a contemporary orange kitchen, a central fireplace for chilly evenings, exposed brick walls - and best of all though are the floor-to-ceiling windows.

It comfortably sleeps eight people, with three kingsize beds and one standard double.
