Melvin Urena, 19, from the Bronx, died after he was shot in the leg and head on Melrose Avenue last Saturday, July 2, at 1.32pm.
Police arrested Francisco Bengochea, 19, the next day and charged him with murder.

The NYPD released harrowing footage of the moment a gunman got out of a gray Honda Pilot SUV and started shooting at Urena on East 156th Street between Elton and Melrose Avenues in Melrose.
The video shows at least one shooter firing what appears to be a gun with an oversized magazine clip.
After the attack the man got back into the SUV and fled on East 156th Street, police said.
Cops from the NYPD 40th Precinct found Urena and he was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4.59pm.
