Police have launched an urgent appeal after an 18-year-old woman went missing in the early hours of this morning after a night out.

Marnie Clayton was last seen leaving Atik nightclub in Windsor, Berkshire, at around 2am.

Her family reported her missing after she never arrived home and now Thames Valley Police are appealing to the public to help find her.

Officers have released the last photo of Marnie, from Bracknell, Berkshire, which was taken hours before she vanished.

It shows the blonde-haired teenager wearing an off-the-shoulder grey dress while posing for a selfie.

Police are growing 'increasingly concerned for her welfare' and say the disappearance is 'out of character'.

Detective Chief Inspector Jon Groenen said: 'I would also like to appeal directly to Marnie, if you see this appeal, please contact your family or the police to let us know you are safe and where you are.'

Miss Clayton is white with brown hair and a slim build. She is between 5ft2ins and 5ft4ins tall and was last seen wearing a grey dress.

She is known to frequent Reading town centre.
