Diversity is the perversion of the civil rights movement. It creates conflict at the expense of culture. Diversity requires an over class of elitists to keep order. It is the obverse of democracy, opting instead for oligarchy in which diversity is maintained by authoritarian fiat.
Diversity destroys federalism by restricting the actions of the majority through subservience to minority interests.
Whereas Federalism protects the minority, diversity elevates minorities by granting their interests veto authority over majorities.
Plainly, diversity is tyranny.

Diversity is just an excuse for equalizing outcomes when there is a general equality of opportunity.

The goal of diversity proponents is not equality of outcomes.

Aiming for diversity is the same as aiming at your foot and pulling the trigger.

Elites don't care about "diversity" policies or "affirmative action" programs, for the simple reason that such programs affect the white middle class, never the "elites", nor their children.

To an elite, the true enemy is the middle class. The children of elites are often intellectual mediocrities. They FEAR being supplanted and displaced by some exceptionally bright and energetic middle class kid. They desire a world where the ONLY path to wealth and power, is from "connections".

The article was going so well until the fourth sentence. We all know diversity is really exclusionary.

In other words, it is the exact opposite of what it claims.

Exhibit “A”: Donald Trump outfoxes and supplants Jeb Bush.

Trump may not be middle class now in the financial sense, but his family background was not of the “elite” class. He and his father before him had to work to earn their money and make their mark. Jeb just had to have the last name “Bush” and run for office in a fairly reliably Republican state.
