Lenovo’s Z6 Pro is finally available in Europe after being exclusive to China since its launch in April. The device has been with us for a few days and we made a short hands-on video detailing its eight key features alongside all the box contents it comes with.
Lenovo managed to bring an exciting hardware package at a midrange price and we've tried to sum up what you'd be getting with it.
Starting off with the packaging, you get a clear case, screen protector, SIM ejector tool, dual-sided type-C cable and charging brick. The phone itself features a sleek dual-glass design with an aluminum frame and shiny reflective back. Our unit comes with the green paint job which also has some blue hints depending on how the light hits it. The phone feels sturdy and build quality is top notch.
Moving on to the display we have a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with a UD fingerprint reader and a waterdrop notch for the 32MP selfie cam. Given the Snapdragon 855 chipset inside the phone, we don't expect any performance bottlenecks. The phone packs 8GB RAM and 128GB storage which should be plenty for most users. In case you need more space, there’s a micro SD card slot too.
The battery inside the Z6 Pro has 4,000 mAh capacity and should be more than capable of lasting a full day even with heavy usage and as an added bonus you can top it up wirelessly. The user interface is Pie-based ZUI, but it retains a near stock design and feels very snappy.
Perhaps the most hyped feature of the phone is its quad-camera setup, but we’ll have to run our full tests before giving out any verdicts.
