Dana is saying that when the world goes back to normal the next set of UFC ppv’s will be held on “Fight Island” lmao. He’s still going for the Mortal Kombat aesthetic and it might end up being a super cool idea in the long run.

The entire point of Fight Island was because they had to social distance. Why would you do this after everything is back to normal? That's just pissing away a gate, that generally covers at least all of the fight purses.

Down for a TUF season on Fight Island though. Would actually tune in for the first time since like Mir/Nog

When the world is starting to recover and commissions are willing to sanction, why not just use the Apex Facility without fans and minimal crew? Too cost-effective relative to buying an island?

Cause he is still planning to have fights during the pandemic just not in the US. He’s just waiting for the infrastructure to be built
