A new record.

Speaking of records he now has a losing one at 15 - 16 -1

I am a fan of Jeremy and am not bashing but seems worthy of discussion.

What do they do with him? Is his job safe (because he Wars) or is he cut with another loss?

Wasn’t there a yahoo article by some can a few years ago who said he was gunna become the next big star?

His job's pretty safe, he'll be fine.

Also look at his level of competition. If he starts losing to much lower ranked fighters then there might be an issue.

He's been putting on entertaining fights that the fans love and are talking about, wins and losses mean nothing if the fans want to see you and you're still delivering good fights.

Wins and losses happen in MMA, people put too much stock into them to reflect on a fighter and it's not like he's been taking easy fights either.

He is a warrior and tough fighter but his KO power has largely been overrated. Anyone who swings wildly like he does is gonna score some KOs, at the cost of poor defense and low accuracy. It is way different from someone like Conor who can finish the fight out of nowhere using angles

He goes on streaks and looks almost elite but always falters against top 5. He's the classic gatekeeper. If you can beat him you're ready for a top 5 opponent i.e. Zabit and Yair.

His job is safe and he will get another top 15 opponent, but that is a crazy stat.

I called him a bum before you guys started doing it.

Win or lose he always brings the bang.

Stephens is one of those dudes who RARELY looks bad in his losses. From his perspective, he just runs out of time to KO his opponent.

Lol Conor's 'power' is more overrated than Stephens.

he’s definitely a mediocre fighter but if he connects, its lights out.

My 3 year old accidentally scratched my wife in the eye a few hours ago and after a minute she was up and running doing her cardio and dressing the kids to go to lunch

Conclusion?

jeremy is a bitch

he was losing to lower ranked fighters then saved his career with a weight class change. he’s gone 8-8-1 since dropping to featherweight and he’s winless in his last 4. it’s do or die for him at this point if he wants to remain on the big stage.

I was watching a porno and the dude straight up jammed his thumb into the girl's eye and she finished the scene without even flinching.

That is a crazy stat but he has taken a lot of fights in the UFC and it's not like he has been fighting bad competition over all these years. I enjoy watching him fight and believe others feel the same way. I think like someone else said, his job should be safe as long as he doesn't start losing to much lesser competition.

It's MMA.. records don't matter, we all know he fought really good guys and hasn't been quite there with the best guys, but he has some BIG wins. Definitely deserves to be in the UFC.
