Word, I haven’t watched any Tetris in a while , kinda lost track of the tourneys thanks for posting this.

Who’s in the top these days, Jonas still a contender? The crazy guy with the weird hand position, the stupid fast young kid?

Needs a pool with who will win!!

I don't know if Jonas is gonna compete, but he is still extremely formidable. I doubt he is gonna win though. Joseph , the young kid is my choice to win again this year. Dude's unreal.

Yeah he is, watched some of his home practice record breaking runs. Just fucking unreal.

I also love that they play these on real NES and not emulators
 
I used to be the best in the world at Tetris. I knew because I'd play everyone I could and I never lost.

But then YouTube became a thing and I was able to watch some Asian teen play at some inhuman level that put my skills to shame.

So now I think I was probably just the best in my neighborhood.

Wow, his finger positioning is so crazy. My tendons would seize up doing that for any length of time.

Why don't they use the Tetris variant where you send garbage blocks to your opponent when you clear lines?
