If there was one video or fight you would show to introduce someone to the UFC, which would it be?

I thought this could be quite interesting because with UFC growing here in the UK a lot of people ask me about it and why I love it etc. and usually I'll get them to watch this video here which after watching it they're usually like "Woah" and get it completely, I often find that when I put this on people get hooked to the screen and watch it as opposed to say if a random event is on and some guys are just wrestling on the floor or something.

It's a much better introduction to them because straight away we're showing them the kind of fights we get more times than not and the competition too.

A lot of my friends have really got into UFC now and talk about it a lot, specially now they're familiar with all the fighters and watching the sport however this video here really is a great introduction to those who don't know.

I'll also often show the Poirier and Gaethje Greatest Fights too however this one not only covers the fight so good with Cub and Choi talking you through but it shows exactly how good and exciting these fights are.

This programme is so well put together, however what is your go to fight to introduce someone to UFC?

 
So many , to many....this past weekend had some good ones...Jeremy maybe...that was a good scrap, big comeback...

Yeah it really was, we've had some really great fights these past few weeks for sure.

There is absolutely loads I agree, this is what I mean the UFC is so good, I mean you could show Izzy and Kelvin recently, Perry and Luque I guess, we could go on.

I always use the Cub and Choi first cause it's one of my favourite fights of all time really and when people see it they do tend to get hooked on it :)

Any fight with Anderson Silva, Tony Ferguson, or Conor McGregor where they won the fight.

Yeah his matrix style movement captures the imagination for sure, he has one of the best highlight reels of all time, his fights were boring at times until he got into his "zone" im not sure i would recommend his full fights as an introduction for that reason but his highlight reel is a masterpiece.
 
Aldo vs Mendes rematch in Rio. Crazy fight, crazy crowd and so many great moves and moments even people who are not into mma can appreciate.

Yeah I get what you mean with that, I know people frown sometimes when they hear the comparisons between Izzy and Silva simply because Silva is a legend and Izzy is new to the sport in comparison however you can see massively in Izzy's movement he's so influenced by Silva and it wasn't surprising when we heard he was his biggest idol. It's nothing but a compliment to Silva whether people like or dislike Izzy because Silva's influence is clear and look at how good Izzy is doing which tells us how good and unique Silva's game really is.

I really do believe that fight against Silva was hard for Izzy cause how can you hit someone you idolise so much, I know it's part of the game but it's completely different when you're in there in this situation I'm sure :)

First round in that fight was epic...the whole fight was awesome.

I've always thought you'd want to show them a fight that is entertaining with some brawl moments, but also showcases the technical aspects of the sport. With that said,

EDIT: honestly, this blows 99% of all highlight videos out of the water.
