I’d say Cody plus 2 defenses and maybe.
He’s caused a lot more damage to his opponents and finished more high level guys than Cruz.
He’s also won some very high level fights, defenses or not.

No, not yet. The gap isn’t as big as some of you are making it out to be though. Dom spent most of his best years on crutches.
Coming back and reclaiming his title solidified his legacy, but it didn’t add the lack of quality wins and or unanswered questions we got left with because his body is made of glass. He could’ve been even greater.

he will be very close - like everyone else 1 or 2 more defenses. if he can beat Cruz then i would say yes 4sure

Cruz is 7-1 in UFC/WEC BW title fights and is 22-2 overall with a win over TJ. His only losses came in title fights. 1 BW and 1 FW.
TJ is 5-1, IF (sizeable if) he wins the rematch with Cody, in title fights and is 15-3 overall with a loss to Cruz.
I can't see how if he wins he surpasses Cruz. He has an argument, AN ARGUMENT, to pass up Faber.
