I feel very bad for my fellow Canadians. It as just been announced that Trudeau's revenue agency won't look into the $30 billion suspicious spending on covid overpayments for illegible entities and leftist political groups. Trudeau also spent $12 million on people not even living in Canada and people in jail.

"Trudeau regularly overruled recommendations from his department in favour of larger pandemic payouts and political points, which contributed to Morneau resigning from his post in August."

He also had other corruption scandals, illegally seized bank accounts of protestors, refuses to close illegal border crossings coming from the US and using tax payers money to put the illegals into hotels funded by liberal politicians. He has completely destroyed Canada's economy. Its uncertain how long liberal mismanagement, corruption and Trudeau government incompetence will take for Canadians to recover.

He's in a class where he's basically above the law, his own rules, etc. So, none of it matters if people won't vote against him. He had pandemic paranoid people - that he helped make paranoid - rush out to vote for him in the middle of an unnecessary election he called during the pandemic. In this case I can already hear the calls of "Well, it was an emergency - I'm sure they just did the best they could in impossible circumstances." He really is like Trump's left leaning double - some arrogant prick with a silver spoon rammed up his ass who knows he could shoot someone on main street and not lose voters.

@Andy Capp - you covered for this goon when he was saying he admired China's basic dictatorship. You'd better get you and the rest of the crew that handles when he shits his pants in public to work. Damien, Loiosh, Ares, whoever the hell likes cupping his balls as much as you.

It's the typical fear mongering leftist strategy. Canadian conservatives are nothing like US conservatives. Trudeau government spends countless effort building a false narrative, lying to their people, calling the half they don't like racist and sexist. Ramming though stupid bills like C 11 which blocks free speech, as long as this Trudeau clown is in power, Canada is in deep trouble.

I'm failing to the part of the article where they say that it's payment to leftist political groups, as you claim, that received the money Trudeau doesn't want to look into. The article is focusing on money paid through wage subsidies to companies that might not have been eligible for these subsidies (i.e., companies received money they were ineligible for by applying to a governmental subsidy programme). The argument of the commissioner is that there's probably not enough lost money to justify spending years and lots of money trying to recuperate it.

Saying shit like "lock him up" just ensures that the CPC will never win again. That shit simply doesn't fly with voters. Normal Canadians who don't like Trudeau would still rather him than a politician that panders to completely unhinged Canadian Trump cucks with Trump avatars. So keep sperging out and acting like a child who wants to burn the system down and he will get another decade in office. Keep threatening to hurt or imprison the people you disagree with politically. It's a great look.. you're doing such a great job convincing people your side is the rational one lol.

The CEWS was the biggest fleecing of tax payer money I imagine we will ever see in our lifetime.

The amount of businesses both small and large out here in Alberta that took the subsidy is enormous. These are fair weather conservatives who bitch about the feds, then held out their hands at the prospect of free money. One of the largest O&G drilling companies in Canada took the subsidy, laid off employees, and turned a profit in 2020 thanks to it.

I slogged it through the past 3 years without a dime from government. Adapting and getting contracts wherever I could, CRA should go after every last one of these two faced cunts imo.

Funny how you weren't having enough fun in this circle jerk of a thread that you felt the need to tag a bunch of people in to argue with.

The premise of the thread is silly. The articles shed additional light on the story; did you read them? What he did wasn't criminal. Mistakes were made because of haste and yes I agree it could have been a lot better. Does the blame rest entirely on the shoulders of the PM or is responsibility shared with the public service? I don't know, honestly, but sure, let's say it's all on Trudeau.

It seems to me that if this were anyone else, perhaps he would be described as showing leadership in a crisis, doing what he thought was best, whether it ultimately turned out for the best or not. But maybe not. Fuck 'em. I don't think you have been paying attention, so let be clear about my view. He's better than anyone the Conservatives can put forward but aside from that I'd as soon see him step down in favor of another Liberal if it were up to me.
