Media Rinya Nakamura giving fellow countryman Jiri Prochazka shout out

2 samurais. Both very calm and calculated and don't rush things.

Did he say "I want to spread how Japanese good with him"? I couldn't quite make the whole thing out.

In Nakamura's case East Asians have the lowest rate of baldness. I'm living in Korea rn and don't see too many bald or balding guys walking around.

Thats not true. Polynesians, Native Americans, Australia Aboriginals actually lack the gene for baldness. It seems that living in isolation for long periods of time has that effect. East Asians tend to bald around 10 years later on average to Europeans. Europeans on average, and of course it varies from place to place but the gene is present at around 30-45% of men, with Spain being among the highest but East Asians are around 25% but it's been slowly increasing into the low 30s.

I don't really know about India or places in the Middle East but Black men tend to have the male pattern baldness gene at a similar rate to Europeans. East Asian Women have the highest rate of female pattern baldness that I'm aware of though.

So anyways, there ya go. Sherdog Norwood expert.

Idk where you got that information but native Americans are most likely descendants from east Asians, maybe a bit of russian in there too. Polynesians descend from south east asians and idk about Australia. Google says east Asians habe the best hair genes but I haven't really researched it.

Do you have a link? What I found says in Korea only 14.1% of the entire male population is effected by baldness.

Lol Native Americans KIND OF descend from East Asians, they split off around 16,000 years ago from similar gene pools but East Asians and Native Americans split off from European Gene pools only around 35,000 years ago. Aboriginals and Polynesians come from pretty different migratory waves than North East Asians though, Polynesians* descend from indigenous Taiwanese....Very different peoples and there was a lot of distinct gene mutation among Polynesians. So saying that Polynesians and Native American descendents from East Asians is a bit of a stretch. My timelines might been a little off but it's been a while since I studied anthropology.

I see the study you are quoting, there's quite a few I'm looking at with higher rates. Since east Asians tend to bald later on in life, and the 12-14% estimates are mostly data coming from men 30 or younger that's not so surprisingly. I found a study that says in Japan it's nearing 30% and Korean is almost at 20% now. It's been rising, there's no absolute statistics but I've followed the science, just fish around. 14% is low, I'm skeptical. Not going to get into a whole scientific discussion about this the mods will remove it anyways lol.

Imagine Jiri-san the Gaijin samurai headlining a ufc card in Japan at the Saitama Super Arena. The place would be packed wall to wall.

I really want to see this guy fight Tony Gravely in the future for some reason. I feel like it would be a fun scrap between two stylistically similar fighters.

Of all the people, you want Tony Gravely? lol. I don't know why but that just cracks me up.

Thinking Jiri would get massive support he had a lot of good fights in Japan and him living the Bushido life for reals while being a european makes him a unique character for them.
