Do you use an app of some kind or do you just write them down? Currently I just write them down but I must have 15 passwords for work alone, most of which have to be changed every quarter and God knows how many at home. There has to be a better way.

iphone records your password. it also transfers it when you buy new phones and updates you.
My phone does too but a lot of them don't work. I think it's because I use the same username a lot and it plugs in the wrong password

iphone keeps it different for each different website etc etc

go to settings and you can see all the passwords for everything

Just keep them all the same or variants.
It's the changing every quarter that makes this difficult. I have to enter three just to change the temperature in someones office. I have to log into windows, log into the program and then bypass the economizer otherwise it will just change it back. These all change every quarter and have different requirements for what is accepted as a password. It's maddening.

I used to have a reoccurring dream that I had returned to high school after skipping for weeks
and couldn't remember my locker combination or where my classes were.

Not sure what that was all about.

My password is the same for everything.

With my brain.

Mine are all nods to horror movies. Jasonsmomdidit1980. Welocometo primetimebitch84, Michaelcantbereasonedwith1, Weallfloatdownheregeorgie123, Leatherfaceismisunderstood11, Allworkandnoplaymakesjackadullboy13...etc

get a password manager.
keepass, lastpass etc

I have a list in the back of my work diary which is encoded, not bullet proof but works well enough.
