I don't know who wins, but I'm very excited for the fight. Adesanya keeps surprising and improving but the difference in size is huuuuge. Look at Jan or Rakic vs Izzy. Crazy difference. It's a whole different ballgame at LHW. But I love to see a guy take a challenge right away instead of cockteasing us like Conor and Jon have been doing for years.

Jan is so overrated it's not even funny. The only thing that has me worried is the weird power he has somehow developed. He used to be a decision machine. I mean fair play, good for him, but Izzy is LEVELS above when it comes to skill.
Although I thought Reyes would rek him on skill and we saw what happened there. But Reyes is a mental midget *******.
Got £200 on Izzy so if he loses to some 38 year old stuck in the mud Polish slugger I'm gonna be fkin triggered.
But really, is Jan that good? I feel like he is riding some mad underserved hype train rn. Partly fueled by people rating him because he's so likeable.
Reyes - *******
Corey Anderson - never had the makings of a varsity athlete
Jacare - split decision to a 40 year old MW
Rockhold - washed and chinny
Izzy is an all time great already on paper and could go down as the most skilled fighter ever if he continues on this trajectory. I think they are leagues apart.
But because I've just said all this, put your house on Jan KO round 2. ded fkin srs.

Jan is a counter puncher, he's gonna wait for izzy to make a mistake which will never happen and in the mean time get absolutely picked apart. The LHW division is a joke, so thinking jan is even remotely in the same league is the same logic that rousey was the best because she was beating up part time fighter full time mom's

most accurate assessment so far
i see something similar to the romero fight happening.
jan's best chance is to get izzy up against the cage, try and grind him out. izzy's goal will be to touch jan over and over and over, if he tires him he may try to finish in the later rounds. izzy is VERY fast for an 85er so imagine at 205.
izzy has also been working with andre galvao on grappling to avoid the takedown and improve his submission game. as long as jan doesn't get frustrated (which i don't think he will in the first three rounds) he has a much better chance of getting him up against that cage and taking away his distancing. he needs to cut the ring off.
tough one to call but i see izzy by decision even though i'd want nothing more than another jan knockout.Kid Covid
