What the Golf? is an inventive golf game that's really not about golf. Or sports, for that matter. The game released last year on iOS via Apple Arcade and was an instant hit due to its creativity and general wackiness. Now, the game is set to get a new content drop full of even more not-golf fun. The team at Triband dropped a new trailer today to show off some of the many levels coming with the Sporty Sports update. Give it a watch below.

As you can see in the new trailer, there are several new not-sports coming to What the Golf?. The trailer shows off weightlifting, cycling, hurdles, archery, and even some horseriding. It's truly a celebration of the sporting world.

Presumably, this update was meant to coincide with the 2020 Summer Olympics. After all, most of the included not-sports are takes on popular Olympic events. However, the Olympics (like everything else) were postponed due to the coronavirus. As much as that sucks, this Sporty Sports update seems like it will give you a similar sense of joy as you watch finely-tuned athletes compete for glory.

The team has also made improvements to the game's menu and performance. While What the Golf? has always been a barrel of laughs, these changes are certainly welcome ones.

What the Golf? and the Sporty Sports update is available now on iOS via the Apple Arcade. If you haven't checked it out yet, I highly suggest giving it a look. It's available on iOS, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Plus, it's one of the most purely fun games of 2019.
