Dezeen Showroom: IVC Commercial has launched its Origin 55 luxury vinyl flooring collection, which is designed to combine seamlessly with carpet tiles.

The Origin 55 luxury vinyl tiles feature designs drawn from nature, with wood, stone and fibre looks enhanced by an ultra-matt, embossed-in-register finish, which means the texture accurately tracks the pattern.

The collection has a loose lay construction so it can be matched with carpet tiles, avoiding the need for transition strips and making it easier to install multimaterial flooring.

The flooring is cut from an extra-large pattern, which both enables larger tile and plank formats and reduces repetition for a more natural aesthetic.

Origin 55 is fully recyclable through IVC Commercial's Take Back programme, and there is an acoustic option that offers up to 19dB impact sound insulation.

The collection is part of the Belgian brand's new Origin luxury vinyl tile family, which also includes Origin 70 for high-traffic areas.
