Ciara, the songstress that gave us gems like "Goodies" and "1, 2 Step", has just dropped a new track and it is perfect.
The total bop is called “Level Up” – a term Ciara was dragged for using earlier this year when she shared a viral video of a pastor addressing single women.
Other people took the post to mean that Ciara was shaming people who were single but she's since debunked that idea.
And with that, she appears to have reclaimed the hashtag. Ciara has been teasing her fans over a new project for the last week or so, with Instagram posts saying "#LevelUp 7.18.18 Get Ready To Dance".
So when the 18th July came, Ciara made us all deliriously happy by dropping her new track, her first since 2015, and it is amazing.
