I knew it was a horrible idea when i seen her in the corner. Shes like 14 - 15 and watched her dad get beat to a bloody pulp in a cage while she watched. Anyone confused why he had her in his corner to watch him get beat into a pulp?

I think he saw that his opponent was a sloppy doofus and thought he would submit him easily without taking much damage

Shes wants to be a MMA fighter. He said she should see first hand how it all works. Im guessing she changed her mind.
 
She wants to be a fighter and he wanted to give her the experience of being in a corner to give her an authentic feel to fighting.

And that’s what he showed her, it’s a brutal ass sport.

I always thought bringing young children to these events was a dumb move.

First, it's not a place for some 7 year old. And second, what kind of rollercoaster of emotions do you think a kid that age goes through especially if he sees his father getting KTFO.
 
If you watched the fight they mentioned she is a state wrestling champ and plays on a football team as a linebacker. This girl is no pussy and can handle seeing her dad lose. Hell, shes seen her father get destroyed and also seen her dad break dudes limbs. She'll be okay and i think it was a good learning experience.
 
Maybe because she wanted to watch and has probably watched plenty of fights growing up because she's yknow, an MMA fighters daughter and didn't grow up in a bubble where violence is evil.
 
I imagine he thought he was going to win the fight and not get brutalized and tap to strikes.
 
She's planning to become a fighter as well, maybe he wants her to see it up close and decide if it's really what she wants to do.
