.Weirdly getting into the holiday spirit by watching the Kids WB! and Fox Kids Christmas bumpers:
.And really getting into the holiday spirit anytime you went to the mall and just walked around looking at the decorations:

.Watching Regis Philbin host the Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade special on ABC:
.Being mesmerized by the computer animation in the Coca-Cola polar bears commercials:
.Feeling uber-cool if your parents allowed you to email your Christmas list to Santa:
.Hearing Vanessa Williams's "Save the Best for Last" being played around the holidays, but it was probably because of the winter-themed music video for it:
.Having your mom or dad write the family Christmas letter that they would then photocopy and send to all their friends and relatives:

.Reading A Christmas Carol from a copy with this exact cover:
.Looking over and over at all the pretty photos in the I Spy Christmas book:
.Watching random Christmas specials, like the Bob Hope ones...

.Your family getting one of these multi-flavor giant popcorn tins from someone they sorta knew that ultimately became a decoration items the next year or a regift:
.Looking forward to the Toys "R" Us holiday catalog — that would come in the newspaper — so that you could see all the new toys that were being released:
.And looking through The Sharper Image Catalog and wanting everything in it because it seemed so cool and futuristic:
.Thinking it was so cool that Penny Marshall and Rosie O'Donnell got to hang out in a giant room surrounded by toys in the Kmart commercials (and being a little jealous of that):
.And also being a little jealous of all the things Rosie would give away to the studio audience on her show (and yes, even though she gave out things year-round, it was always amped during the holidays):
.Getting into the festive mood by watching this absolute classic over and over...
....and by singing along to this video:
.Having all your presents come wrapped in really shiny, shiny paper:
.Or, if it was a fancy gift, placed inside of a hat box:
.Really wanting Campbell's soup whenever you watched this commercial:
.Arguing with your friends or siblings over which Home Alone movie was the better one:
.Being pretty terrified of the Beauty and the Beast Christmas movie 'cause that pipe organ was creepy AF (but still watching it 'cause it was the only sequel to Beauty and the Beast):
.Trying to collect as many holiday Beanie Babies as you could:
.Having old Coca-Cola Christmas tin reproductions around the kitchen or TV room as decorations:
.Staring at the animated Santa Claus decoration your parents would put out and thinking it was some sort of amazing animatronic (it wasn't and was always loud AF).
.Being able to hear the Hershey's Kisses commercial in your head before it even started playing the bell sounds:
