As a data and analytics leader, you have the means to help your company reimagine your business. There’s an opportunity for you to become a meaningful change agent in your organization. Not sure where or how to start? We’ll help you get there at this year’s Data Strategy & Insights Forum in Austin, Texas.

Reimagine To Reinvent

In most organizations, data strategy and insights professionals and their teams are seen as back-office functions, running numbers to validate and prove. They are known to be worker bees: working predominantly behind the scenes; heads down; curious and abreast of new research and technologies; building, testing, and synthesizing insights. This work helps the business run smoothly, but it isn’t transformational. Data strategy and insights pros have the resources and tools to bring about transformational change — they just don’t know how to go about it.

Let’s use our time together in Austin as an opportunity to take another look at what it means to be a leader in business data and analytics. In fact, let’s go even further and reinvent what it means. To build an insights-driven business, data and analytics leadership roles must be elevated to influence strategic business decisions. Some individuals are already doing so by shifting their MO to one that is highly collaborative, curious, and that ultimately aims to inspire others. Maybe that means socializing across business units to build deeper relationships with stakeholders or evangelizing a nonintuitive insights discovery to spark change.

The start of our event will be dedicated to this notion of reinventing the business data strategy and insights leader. The full agenda is jam-packed with sessions focusing on crafting an insights-driven culture, leveraging AI tech to augment intelligence, and how to approach the data-and-trust paradox. So please, join me, my colleagues, and hundreds of your peers in the data and analytics field as we share success stories and best practices.

I look forward to seeing you there!
